It is a regrettable fact that customers are occasionally left with no alternative but to follow a complaints procedure, but it is extremely heartening that with the exemplar guidance of the Complaint Expert, this sometimes daunting process can be a practical way to finding an acceptable resolution, thanks to the Complaint Expert.
